Ahead of the publication of the European Commission’s annual enlargement package and the EU Enlargement Forum, CEPS will host a high-level discussion featuring Ambassadors Petar Marković (Montenegro), Ferit Hoxha (Albania), Daniela Morari (Moldova), Agron Bajrami (Kosovo) and Oksana Diakun (Ukraine), alongside Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General of DG ENEST. The debate will explore how enlargement can advance Europe’s security, prosperity, and geopolitical strength, and how the pre-accession process can best reflect these shared strategic objectives.
