Iryna Tytarchuk is the Executive Director of the NGO Investment & Trade Facilitation Centre (ITFC), founder of the Women In initiative and Head of the "Empowering Women in Business" initiative implemented by ITFC within the UN Women project “Transformative Approaches to Achieving Gender Equality in Ukraine”, with financial support from Sweden and in cooperation with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. She is also a Research Fellow and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Manchester, a Senior Lecturer at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, and an Advisory Board Member of the Reconomy Programme. Over the past seven years, Dr Tytarchuk has led projects supported by international donors, including UN Women, USAID, GIZ, CUTIS, and UNDP. Her approach is grounded in bridging theory and practice — from academic research to real-world application — through the “science–education–business” triangle. This approach also enables her to take part in projects supported by DAAD, the Embassies of the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, the British Council, and others. This perspective underpins her commitment to studying and promoting cross-sector partnerships between institutions, government, and business in support of sustainable development and gender-inclusive growth.
