Global Gateway Early-Stage Investment Mechanism, a new Call for Proposals designed to provide financial support to EU companies in the early stages of project conception

In the Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood region, the Call is opened for investments considered in the sectors of Transport, Artificial intelligence and Energy in Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. 

The grants made available are ranging from EUR 0.5 to EUR 2 million per grant.

The deadline to submit offers was March 16th 2026.
