Dear Borjana, Thank you so much for having me and hosting me again in Sarajevo. And thank you very much for accompanying me yesterday to the region that has been hit so hard by the devastating floods. I, first of all, want to extend my deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims.

Thank you very much for hosting me again here in Belgrade. It is a real pleasure to be back. The partnership between the European Union and Serbia is getting stronger. As you said already, we are already Serbia's number one trading partner and investor.

Thank you very much, Prime Minister, dear Hristijan, We had a very good meeting and an excellent exchange of views. It is very good to hear that you are so committed to your accession path towards the European Union. North Macedonia has come a long way. You have shown determination at every step.

Today marks a new beginning for all of you. New friends, new city, new dreams. But this ceremony is also much more than the opening of a new academic year or a new campus. Because the College of Europe is much more than an ordinary university.

Today, the Commission approved the Reform Agendas of Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia following the EU Member States' positive opinion. In their ambitious Reform Agendas, the five Western Balkans governments commit to socio-economic and fundamental reforms ...

I am very happy to be back here in Tirana. And I am very glad to see how much Albania has already achieved on its way to our Union. Indeed, we finally opened negotiations on the fundamentals' cluster.

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will start a four-day trip to the Western Balkans tomorrow, where she will meet with the leaders of Albania, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, and Montenegro.

The first round of the presidential election and a constitutional referendum on EU accession were held in the Republic of Moldova on 20 October.

On 17th October, the European Commission processed a payment of €16 million to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

I want to focus on the three main topics that we discussed today, that is the visit of President Zelenskyy, the Middle East and then the topic of migration. The presence of President Zelenskyy today, when he presented his victory plan, was indeed a testament to the resilience of the Ukrainian people
