I remember well the first Ukraine Recovery Conference three years ago. It was just a few months after Russia unleashed destruction and bloodshed, on a scale not seen since the second world war. I remember the pain of the Ukrainian people.

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, unveiled today a new €2.3 billion package of agreements with international and bilateral public financial institutions to support Ukraine's recovery and reconstruction efforts.
